Farewell Orizaba!
Hey! Well today we found out that it was my last sunday there in Orizaba. I'm going to an area that's called San Andres Tuxtlas - let's just say it's on every missionaries bucket list to go. It's the most beautiful area (And the waters of Mormon are rumored to be there!) So needless to say I'm very, very excited to go - but at the same time heartbroken to be leaving Orizaba. It's been my home now for so long and it's amazing how everyone really turns into your family. The blessing is that I know I'm leaving Orizaba in good hands - and that someday I'll be able to return :)
So this week was the baptism of Jordy! I can't even believe what a blessing it is to be able to teach people and see the gospel truely change their lives. When they let the spirit teach them - and then when they apply it. I know that in 1 year Jordy is going to be an outstanding missionary. And that even more in the future he'll still be enduring to the end!
This week we also had our stake Christmas Concert we've been preparing! It was so amazing! So many people from Nogales and Orizaba were there and it was such a special night. All the missionaries were there and brought investigators. Dany - our profressional ward pianist brought some of his friends from his Orchestra and we had violin, cello, viola, bass, drums - It was definitely a hit. As well as the Stake Choir. It was an amazing night in which we could just remember our Savior Jesus Christ and the true gift of Christmas. We also shared the video and it was so great.
So - sorry my email today is really rushed. We had so much to do today that nothing happened the way we wanted it to. But luckily we got a tiny, tiny bit of time to share at least some pictures. Thank you all for the amazing love and support. I hope you all have an amazing holiday season remembering the true gift. The true reason for the season.
Hasta Luego!
